Return Policy
At Devilbunny 3D Prints, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, custom 3D printed products that match your vision. Because each item is made to order, our return policy is designed to be clear and fair for both you and our team.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable after 24 hours of being placed due to the custom nature of the order. We are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind or user-submitted errors once this 24-hour window has passed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the package.
You then have 30 days from the delivery date to return the item for a replacement or refund.

Clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging

Your order number
Once we’ve reviewed your claim and confirmed eligibility, we’ll provide either a replacement at no charge or a refund, based on the nature of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Custom Orders: Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, or once production has begun, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of the product.

General Store Items: Orders for non-custom, in-stock items can be canceled at any time prior to shipping.
